These terms govern your use of backbulletproofwin4real.com and your purchase of the Back Bulletproof™ program. By using this site or buying the program, you agree to them.
The program
Back Bulletproof™ is an 8-week strength training program for mechanical lower-back pain, created by Coach K. It's delivered through Playbook (my.playbookapp.io), a third-party app used to host and stream the program content. Weeks 1–3 require no equipment; weeks 4–8 require gym access (dumbbells, a bench, and a few basic machines).
Not medical advice. Back Bulletproof™ is a strength and education program, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results vary and depend on your effort and starting point. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have an existing injury or medical condition.
Who can buy
You must be 18 or older to purchase the program. By purchasing, you confirm you're physically able to undertake a strength training program, or that you've been cleared to do so by a healthcare professional.
Purchases & payment
- The program is a one-time purchase: no subscription, no recurring charge.
- Checkout is processed by Playbook, not by this website directly. Playbook's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself.
- Pricing shown on this site (e.g. founder pricing) is accurate at the time of publishing but may change; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
- On successful payment, you get lifetime access to the program inside the Playbook app.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Train the first two weeks; if you don't feel a difference, email support@backbulletproofwin4real.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No conditions beyond that.
License to use the program
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and follow the program for your own individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or create derivative works from the program content.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Back Bulletproof™ and Coach K are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the program. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your own physical limits and any medical guidance you've received.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site or program after a change means you accept the update.
